In the minutes prior to the reassignment, it shows who the attorney was that filed on behalf of the company requesting control, Peter Chasey. He has been the attorney on several RM shells by Tracy, Lazar, and Chen (all monster runners):



The company looking to take control of $OODH is JNC Ventures LLC. They recently became incorporated in Colorado a few months ago. The person listed on their filings is Chris Lotito:

Chris Lotito is the CEO of Heratsi Pharmaceuticals, a pharmaceutical company that has been looking to “merge or acquire with an operating entity” for quite some time.




Based on this information and the current share structure for $OODH, it looks like this is primed for a multi-penny/silver run.
