If FDA comes with final decision that CBD can be used only as a drug that would only show how corrupted they are and no doubt lawsuit will follow. They would knowingly shut off whole nation from easy access to CBD that gives nothing but great benefits to everyone's health. What's more they would limit people that are in need, in need of cheaper option than drugs like epidolex. I can't find it right now but over the summer, right after epidolex was approved, I saw video on YouTube with Mom and her epileptic son using Charlotte’s Web and being able normally function. She said there is no way she could effort epidolex for her son. Charlotte’s even though expensive, is still a fraction of cost of a pharmaceutical drug. It would be simply a shame of FDA as an agency that is supposed work for people and in their best interest and not big Pharma. ..that to be said .. yes, it is interesting idea that FDA could solve the issue by setting a range percentage wise when very high% CBD is a drug (like epidolex is pure CBD) and treat more naturally occurring levels of CBD as supplements. Would that work?
