Yes, TD seems to be the best recently. Schwab also doesn't allow me to trade Charlotte online which sucks. You have to call in to place order.. pretty ridiculous.
I have TD but only for my IRA and there is no available cash at the moment.
By the way, do you use L2 via TD on phone? The app that I have been using for last couple years doesn't show L2 any more ??!?!?!? Do you use any app with L2? Ty
