This has been known from day1

Complaining about business models and ownership/management group from years past is useless. I see peeps miss profitable opportunities all the time because of emotion.

Business Shells are sold for legit businesses to go public all the time. We can sit and discuss how many small businesses end up successful all day long.

OTC is all about opportunity. Honestly where this sits it doesn’t get any better for an OTC opportunity on a legit business model. Could it fail ..... sure! Could it pay off HUGE %’s to investors..... you betcha! What happens remains to be seen but I like my chances here! trade according to opportunity vs emotion or complaining about past models and people that have no bearing on the current status of SPOM.

Take your pick on any Sarasota County location....... I have a feeling we will hear about more locations here in the near future.

Yes this is the company they acquired rights, locations, distribution rights etc. see the PR if you need further info. They purchased with 3 timed 10mil share pymts. My understanding is that those common shares are all restricted. This means we have a ridiculously low OS with a super tiny float .... with the right deals and revenues can send this .25,.5 or $1+ easily.

Ive seen stocks with 10 times the float go multiple dollars.

So like I said it’s not a blue chip. It’s the OTC which can pay sick returns but always always always only purchase what one can afford to lose or take a hit on. That goes for any and all stocks including Nasdaq, Dow etc...... you think the guys who put their life savings into Goldman Sachs ever thought they would be wiped out?????
