It's difficult to say. I've just never seen a name change closely followed by an R/S, they've always been processed by FINRA simultaneously. Maybe something new will happen here but I doubt it. I'm not suggesting that a small reverse split won't happen later down the road but our share structure is incredibly tight. In my opinion, a reduction in shares at this time would make the float almost untradeable. A 1 for 5 would give us an O/S of 10,959,752 and a tiny float of about 152,350 A 1 for 10 would us an O/S of only 5,479,876 and a micro float of about 76,175
