But no, you are a "hard core" narcissist and "control freak" who thought Dianne and I would be as easily manipulated as your BOD has been.

Your "independent directors" have NEVER attempted to thwart your corruption in any way, so you naturally assumed we would be of no real threat to you.

When we realized we were talking to a "brick wall", and in spite of Gene warnings us not to do so, we were forced to bring this matter to the attention of the SEC.

Given the time of year and the government shutdown, we have yet officially to hear back from them, but are convinced with patience we will.
