WWIO: CDEL has 96M on the ask at .0003 on my other l2s. Its NOT showing on IHUB l2

LGBS: CDEL has 4M on the ask at .0005. Not showing on IHUB l2.

Its something with CDEL mostly.

This was also happening on Monday but I didnt report it because I was going to let someone else make the complaint since it seems like Im the only one that reports these errors.

All the data team needs to do is compare the ask reporting on IHUB l2 to the ask showing on all the other montages of l2 and see where the discrepancy is.
