It all seems legit, but they've shown no action on their part (with the software) and that is the part that seems odd to me. Maybe their software is simply not as "done" as they want it to be... I work for software firm and we're very anal about releasing software until it has been vetted 10 times over. I'm in marketing/sales, so it can get very frustrating at times, especially when you know your solution will change the industry your in, especially when there s compliance involved, etc.
