Happy New Year, Johnny. I'm sorry if yours has started negatively but there's no reason to project that onto CVBT's future. Zhittya (now there is a name chosen by a genius) and its promoters certainly look like they may well have a very zhitty year given the litigation they are now caught up in but it appears they have only themselves to blame.
Given CVBT's history I don't think any CVBT shareholders expect this year to be entirely plain-sailing, but the future may well be a lot brighter than you are allowing yourself to consider. I see you have appointed yourself a moderator of this board. I'm not sure what a moderator does exactly, but posting that you are giving up on the company at the very moment it has beaten off another challenge from Dan's minions and is ready to move on with its plans doesn't seem like it fits the job description.
Cheer up and don't write off the year on Day 1 of 365. You may yet have ample opportunity to tell us "told you so" or, better, you may be pleasantly surprised.
