SEC shutting down PXYN for FRAUD

So my QUESTION when is the SEC going to shut down PXYN for FRAUD and the scam that it is. It all starts at the top, Management to the BOD. Frank Brady the NEW CEO is a CONVICTED CRIMINAL for FRAUD (STEALING) with also a not so good of a past even with the ladies (Frank smack around any women lately) and YOU have him as the face of the company trying to raise money. REALLY!! Lots of Woman ONLY investors out there like me that now know about FRANK Brady as the CEO and PXYN. Now I find out that board members of PXYN are on this message board and do not identify themselves as a BOD even when asked.

THESE ARE ALL TRUE & FACTUAL STATEMENTS & WE STAND BEHIND THEM 1000%

Someone asked me WHAT do I want... and WHY I am doing this.
Well it is too late for me to do anything with PXYN as an investment after what I know.
So ..I was ask what do I want
1. FIRE Frank Brady
2. STOP lying to people and investors
3. Let the SEC know of the issues
4. Do the filings that have never gotten done.

Why I am doing this
1. I hate being lied too
2. I now know the truth about other board members
3. Frank Brady is a scumbag CRIMINAL I even have the 55 page+ report on Frank but….
