From my understanding these warrants were priced back when the stock value was trading at $9.00. So if one were to purchase the warrant and the price of the stock is above the exercise prices it guarantees the owner the right to purchase at $11.50 and so these warrants do go up in value based on the stock price and decays as we approach the expiration date. So there is time for this (TMPSW) to appreciate if we see the stock (TMPS) price increase in value.
