All I care about is the R/S. I'm willing to wait 1-3 years for FDA approval, but an R/S coupled with more dilution to pay the bills is a nono for me. That's will destroy S/H value. What concerns me is they did the R/S three years ago, so what will stop them from doing it again this upcoming spring.

Do you know what the O/S was just prior to the last R/S in 2015? I'm having trouble figuring that out. Thanks
