Hey Capt. Billy,
I've been reading your book and laughing a lot. Glad you survived your youth as did I.its been fun reading about Riubber toe and other crew members that I meet while diving with DPBM. I have to say that Cookie could really cook.
I had a gut feeling about Tracy and Wilf that you verified for me. It's ashame the amount of wasted money that investors put up in good faith that was blow by Wilf. I wanted the company to do professional dive services in the off season (hooverDam / Aircraft recovery) and hit the treasure heavy in the spring and summer. Seemed like a good formula for success.
thank you for your years of dedicated service to the company and DPBM. Hopefully the Dominican Goverment will let private companies resume treasure and history recovery. Looting destroys what could be a great tourist business involving treasure recovery, preservation and display.
After your Brain surgery I sent some funding thru The company that you were suppose to receive. Just curious if you ever received the cash?
