I don’t know how this case is relevant. If this is a “trademark” infringement, I cannot see how Celsius could have stepped on Rockstar’s toes.

Could it be with their slogan or labeling? I don’t see that.

Well, as the case unfolds, we will get more details and see. Either way, I can’t see too much of a financial impact, unless Celsius fights it and loses. Settlements are usually cheaper and quicker. Time is an expense here and also keeps suitors at bay!
