How is it that people are able to trade at the same PPS as I have had a bid for for ages? Sure it could be that they just happened to have the same broker, but over and over again?

Not that it really matters - I have all the shares I "need", and close to the number of shares that I want, but it does annoy the heck out of me (to me that's corruption/dishonesty, not a big fan)
