email from company regarding Cease & Desist order:
If you read the report carefully, it states that there will not be any cease and desist and the company will not have to pay a penalty after their review. Not quite sure what you mean about milking investors. Management has been covering the overhead personally for the company over the past few fiscal periods.

While regrettably the accounting and auditing process has been slow we assure you that we are working as diligently as we can to get the filings current.
