The tsx PR says
Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated Dec. 18, 2018, trading in the shares of the company will remain halted, pending receipt and review of acceptable documentation regarding the change of business, pursuant to listings Policy 5.2.

If you read the UCM PR they say they will keep the shares halted until they complete the proposed deal or abandon it.
so no surprise.Wait until next year.
