This is not a scam ! He seems very forthcoming. The new company will be a Nv Corp called Red Creek Holdings. This will not really get up and going til next year. He is heading to Mexico for a Christmas vacation.

Derrick is out. "We have bought him out". They will not be changing the share structure, and the company will be holding the 80% that Derrick has now. It will be a multi faceted holding company that intends to acquire numerous entities in the MJ industry. He seems very knowledgeable about the industry.

They will be making an announcement to the markets and change the ticker, but don't expect it in the next couple of days. I was concerned that some things did not seem to fit to what Derrick was saying. Derrick has been trying to tell us to relax and we need to listen to that.

Larson looks at this as a long term growth company. I don't believe he is a hit and run artist.

I liked him ! He was eager to talk to me and is excited to build his new company. His attorney is the guy on the site, and is in NY. Various players will continue to work in Seattle, NY and other places.

I feel MUCH MORE COMFORTABLE HAVING SPOKEN TO HIM.
