Looks like we doubled the Authorized and completed the purchase of Projagg, as we recently showed 411 million Outstanding shares (about) now we have 541 million.

Also I assume by raising the AS to 1 billion shares ( =not bad for a pennystock) they can now raise the 20 to 30 million dollars in the market place working with a Broker as Danny outlined in the previous update 2 months ago.

This sets the stage to roll out big news and get the stock moving up, to be able to raise capitol.
