Cutest part about that one is that Conway never announced it. He ensure he had the acquisition target announce, so he won't have to answer questions or deal with more issues about pre-announcing deals. It's probably completely dead. Cigawatt probably did their due diligence (ie: punched Conway's name in Google) and ran for the hills. Surprised they still have that announcement up.
