Nish provided me an update via text that stated, "Getting a lot of these messages. Stay turned. Lots of good things coming"

Obviously, he cannot disclose too much information. But I think we are very likely to see some major merger news in the next few days. If you look at the last press release they essentially stated they are ready to acquire newly formed or existing businesses.
