Deadjim I am serious,
bought SPY calls this morning after the first drop, sold around 11 am EST for gain
Had order in for 263.5 12/19 puts at 1.11, didn't want to chase and lost out on what would could have been a 2.25 swing.
Now, have 12/21/ SPY 260 calls bought around 15;30 playing the fact SPY was way oversold and just above support of 253.37.
My guess is this is small sub-wave up before the huge wave 3 (down) hits.
This wave 3 down will take SPY to around 240 sometime in early January
The bull market is done
Any move upwards will be sold as rotation takes over.
