do you not understand, don't you, that WTER issued in private placements somewhere between 15-20 million common shares and warrants at #0.33, $0.50 and $0.90 that are now FREELY TRADIN?

at what time do you think that these stock holders are going to want to get out of the stock at a very nice profit?
