Only a few minor problems in PMCB reaching 0.20:

There is no IND submitted with a Phase 1 CT started.

PMCB does not have the funds to proceed with a mythical CT.

CIAB+Metronomic Ifosfamide will never be approved as a 1st or 2nd line therapy for PC, even IF the mythical IND is ever filed, and years worth of CTs are run. It has already had it's 20 yr old ad hoc study results, superseded in efficacy by current 1st line treatments. The current 1st line treatments, are destined to become 2nd line treatments, once targeted therapies in Phase 3 testing get approved. CIAB is DOA.
