From my reading, the baby powder issue should be defused by knowledge baby powder has been free of detectable amounts of the troublesome form(crystal structure involved) of asbestos for at least the last 15 years. FDA, like JNJ and independent laboratories, have done their own testing...I'd like to see a complete list of all rudimentary tests--> most sophisticated, error-free tests run since ~ 1910 to contemporary times.

Jury trials are the problem...in my own litigation experience, I have seen trial evidence not understood( or worse: ignored) by emotional juries but better comprehended by judges.
