you are misinterpreting him.

for any one quarter $60m is required ( I think I posted that 2 years ago)

so for 2nd half of the year we will have hit that number ($120m for 6 months) and be EBITDAS BE.

but moving forward if Q1 is less than $60m it wont be but then I suspect every quarter will be over $60m.

they aren't saying they will be $240m THIS year (although I think they will hit that easily in 2019)
