They’re intertwined, all the cons work on both P&Ds. Southridge Capital has been sued numerous times. It usually lists the Canouse brothers as Defendants, the family deals in toxic debt. Of course Canouse is supposedly “gone” from HVCW but that’s just another ruse imo, he’s still listed as all the HVCW officers on the NVSOS. I doubt he would ever give up his ATM.

The Hicks are often listed as Defendants as well on the Southridge lawsuits. The Hicks Defendants are Stephen Hicks, a Canadian citizen residing in Connecticut; Southridge Capital Management LLC, a Delaware limited liability company of which Hicks is managing director.

Conrad Huss is also employed by Southridge.
