On December 10, 2018, Dr. Stanley Tennant resigned as a director of Trovagene, Inc. (the “Company”) for personal reasons, effective December 31, 2018. Dr. Tennant’s resignation was not a result of any disagreement with the Company, the Company’s management or the Board of Directors.
