So one cross-complaint is a lie-in-writing(?)! The he-said, they-said, everybody-never-said: Nature of the proceeding is actually startling all by itself. Then it is my recall that Company was actually never a party in the original subject action to begin with. There were IHUB posts all over, at one time, I seem to further recall. Nothing itself(?), was actually the outcome. Now maybe there is an apparently unexpected outcome--and in writing(?).
