LOL...Agreement in "principle"? Wow... sounds like it was a no there there case...

Two kwy points...

"...this proceeding based upon their agreement in principle to a settlement that will resolve the proceeding on all major terms..."

"The motion is GRANTED, and the proceeding is STAYED, subject to
compliance..."

Took a while but technically they are back in business... Grey Fox was the only one left to respond to the SEC court...shows a lot of moxy...
