We know that Mr. Howard is still the BCAP CEO because BCAP is current in FL and provided their annual report in early 2018.

I don’t need to call him.

To be honest, I have never read a BCAP PR.

Doesn’t matter to me.

I can put $1K into 10 shells like BCAP each.

I can take total and complete losses on 8 out of 10, as long as 1 or 2 see 10+ bags.
