Maybe to just pre inform people ahead of time would be my best guess.

The entire paragraph was kind of vague. I actually do not know what it means. They will only put out news and press releases via facebook and the website? No PR's on the news wires? That doesn't make any sense for a company supposedly going to nasdaq. All nasdaq companies put out PRs and 8ks when they have relevant news.

That doesn't make any sense.

They really need to clarify that AND why they are doing the 1 for 1000 RS.

The 14-A has had its 10 day required quiet period.
