Wade: PDEX last trade was for 600 shares, not 6. Schwab should know better. A trade for under 100 shares does not register a change in price nor is it displayed on the bid/ask.
Buy or sell on close orders are perfectly legal and normal. If you want to try to impact the closing price then why don't you do it with a 100 share order ? Who cares anyway ??? A lower closing price means it will be up more the next day, all else being equal. So it's bullish in that sense.
