Judging by this report, I'd say there seems to be a difference between legal SHORTS and Naked SHORTS. I wonder who I should believe when told there aren't any SHORTS??

Looking at both charts it appears that every time volume shows up naked shorting occurs? And absent volume, share price manipulation? Could someone be attempting to subdue the share price? Perhaps "shorts"?

I'm thinking Naked SHORTS could be in a real pickle when they're FORCED to cover. When that happens you'll be chasing a "rising rocket"!
