Literally just talked to the CEO. He is clearly upset about the delay and the costs that are adding up from the accountants and attorneys. Not to mention lost time and things he is excited to announce but can't until they are OTC current again. Blamed it all on previous management's handling of receipts, paperwork, ect. "tedious task that needs to be done right" ect. But at-least I was able to confirm that there is nothing disastrous going on behind the scenes and the filings are in the process of being completed as soon as possible and the stock will be pink current again sooner than later.

(No specific timeline was mentioned, if I had to guess I wouldn't be holding my breath for anything before New Years but no telling for sure.)

Says he is getting a lot of nasty e-mails from shareholders lol.
