Not a Basher, Looking For Truth

Instead of "I am sure" - it should be: "Id assume". In general, I am pontificating that it would be slanted to Eontec, but not entirely sure. Just the way things have organized recently seem to make me think so.

"1.27. “Non-Exclusive Territories” means geographic regions outside of the LMT Exclusive Territory and Eontec Exclusive Territory."

This is good to know then - so basically, it seems, if a LQMT product (Not a Eontec IP before LQMT PLA), is sold in USA, LQMT may be subject to revenue.

What I should really do is reread this whole agreement again - its been awhile.

As far as Engel/Materion, you are much more versed in the technical side, and clearly whatever this partnership looked like, it has changed. Just look at the inventory write down on latest Q3 report - that was Materion inventory, is my opinion.

For competition, yes, it is good for human advances - but that doesn't mean its good for LQMT stock price.

I disagree that this has nothing to do with "East vs. West" - clearly the agreement delineates such so I have to organize my thoughts around such. From a sociological perspective, I agree. From an economic perspective, the PLA distinguishes so I need to understand how this can all play out, again for LQMT stock price.

Yes, the past is history - this is why I am here, trying to understand what happened, and what may happen. This is why we invest, speculate.

I am very very long here so I am trying to understand why the stock went from $0.44 on revised vision from Li, to $0.10 this week.
