I haven't been following this closely. When is this mini-trial supposed to end? Wouldn't think it would go past end of week.

My limited knowledge and gut tell me it will either be a win, but for a small amount under $5M or a loss and either way the stock goes lower. You will see more of me when it goes under $2 again, but only for a trade as I don't think this is a long-term investment with their two main patents expired.

It is obvious Finjan Mobile is a sham so they don't look like a non-performing entity. Am watching closely to see if they are successful in pleading this in current case.
