And the reason I didn't get in was because I saw this drop in the share price and I called it all the way down from .008. I also called the RS when everyone else said it would never happen. Now even at .0003 there is no way I would buy it before the Post split and the next dip that is likely to come. And even after that I would likely wait to see the Q4 that is likely to be as much of a disater as the Q3. And to top it all off the CEO decides to get into the restaurant business that has a huge failure rate.
Early DD on the history of this CEO told me he destroyed his shareholders in the last company he was CEO of and he has taken the stock of CZNI from .008 about 6 months ago down some 95% to today's share price and destroying a whole new bunch of shareholders value at this company.
Until recently at least a few flippers were making a little money but now the volume is so low and the stock is stuck in a range of .0003 to .0004 where even the flippers can't make any money on it.
If anything, this CEO has shown us how NOT to start up a business. So far he has produced nothing but a lot of debt and huge losses with very little revenue. But it's shareholders money so he really doesn't care.
