Also Z, Jason is involved in completing 2 current acquisitions (N8 and Araloc) and is probably (based on Jason's last video comments) is or will be negotiating 2 additional acquisitions. Key word being "negotiating". He would most likely be still discussing the acquisition settlement, don't you think?
Do you think it would be a good idea to call you or his TA and let them know what he is going to offer in stocks for an acquisition? Maybe he should publish the cash offer in advance too huh? Doesn't that sound a bit naive?
