Agreed. I believe most here would make the wager if they were going to be denied, they would have announced it. One small wrinkle is that other companies have already achieved this status w/o Farm Bill, so no real explaining that one away. However, CVSI has too many good things going for it without any of this.

It may be a silly example, but for pure OTC "it can be done" examples, Nintendo is $35 and was $50 on OTC...granted CBD isn't video crack....haha.
