Grant... Uphold the validity of.. argue the technicalities or try to subvert the arguments stated..

but it doesn’t change the fact VPLM is unable to monetise the patents by licensing them...

and the reasoning for that is that no one is infringing on them.

Couple that fact with another, which is the CEO has history of bogus failed lawsuits and continues to self enrich by diluting and selling VPLM shares and you have all you need to know.
