I've reached out twice to SGMD (and once to Hempistry) to confirm the Hempistry 23k acres signed agreement as mentioned in the 8/21 PR..Enormous potential, but "devil advocate" in me concerned by the extra "O" typo error in 8/21 PR and SGMD quickly released a following 8k amending the $1,0000,000 number to $1,000,000...some thought initially a possible $10m investment..


Per 8/22 8k..."The press release announcement was an inadvertent error with regards to the amount of money the Company is committing. The press release indicated an amount (that can be construed) as ten million dollars ($1,0000,000). .I just want to make sure that there wasn't another "O" error in news release regarding 23k acres agreement...is agreement possibly referring to 2300 acres that are available in adjoining Carlisle County, one hour from Hempistry grow..http://www.wkms.org/post/kings-royal-biotech-break-ground-hemp-factory-carlisle-county#stream/0

Kings Royal Biotech had a ground breaking ceremony for a $30m processing plant not far from Hempistry...then it fell through and no news about the secured farmers.. "Kings Royal says they have secured farmers to plant and harvest 2,300 acres of hemp."...I just don't want another surprise with the "O"..
