That table is for illustration purposes only and gives examples of the impact of various reverse split ratios on the OS. It is not meant to convey that those ratios are the only ones in play. They skipped 1 for 10 simply because the math is easy to do.

They could do a 1 for 11 if they wanted to. The range of 1 for 5 to 1 for 40 is the only limitation.
