Months more of waiting, and PRs lamenting the unexpected delay. More PRs indicating the oil rig equipment is on standby waiting for the permits, and 3D results. Then comes the news no permits possible for 3D. Never fear they are going way out into the desert where permits are easier to get. Or maybe just read some more scripture, and who needs the damn 3D anyway. So many scam angles can be tried. While they piddle around, and offer 3 PSPPs over the next 2-3 yrs.
