IMO the only way to affect real change in this company is to VOTE NO on the CEO,the BOD and most importantly the REVERSE SPLIT!

PN believes another reverse split and staying on the NASDAQ would allow the company to raise funds from long term investors. We saw how that worked after the first reverse split...NOT! Our market cap has plummeted since the reverse split and we have raised little of money needed to run the company.

IMO opinion as long as we stay on the NASDAQ we will be SHORTED.

FOOL ME ONCE SHAME ON ME, FOOL ME TWICE SHAME ON YOU!

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting different results.

STOP THE INSANITY....VOTE NO AND FORCE CHANGE IN THIS COMPANY!
