If they’re voting they’re outstanding. I didn’t notice them because they’re not in the share count and I didn’t research as far back as the last proxy. The fact remains their debt is being paid down by converting into common at a discount to market and sold. They have a mountain of debt and purchasers are unwittingly paying it down as they dilute themselves.
