put call ratio ended near 1 and the market re-entered the value area

the ATH pullback stayed in value and in the top half of the structure
early on we did a look below and fail on es 2600
then during ATH after balancing we start doin 1 time framing up
since the inventory is 80% long
65% odds favor some re balancing
