I sure hope Eakle runs the commercial side of of this business better than what I am encountering as an individual.

I previously advised that we are giving nieces and nephews shares of this stock. Well, last Tuesday I decided to order some items from Bell to create gift baskets. My order completed and immediately charged my Paypal account over $100 for shipping of a $90 plus order when it initially showed a much lower shipping so I called and the lady at Bell said that sounded excessive and would look into it and call me back that day or the next. I also said regardless I did not want to cancel the order and explained what we were doing. I never heard back so I called this morning and was told they were not sure what was in stock even though all quantities showed as being accepted. She also said, she thought the order had been refunded. A bit later I got a call from a gentleman that said he didn't think there was any stock of anything as they were more accustomed to completing full case orders. I said I would be willing to order cases of product. He advised he would check to see what they had and call me back. A couple of hours later an email came through refunding my purchase. Not happy about this. No way to run a business, offering the product online then no follow through.

Then last week I had some questions about the Alkame Water and emailed questions, called and left messages with the same questions and never received anything back. My questions were if there was any difference between the Alkame Kids water and the regular Alkame water, if there were any retailers in the Tampa, Florida area and if running the water through a coffee maker would alter its makeup and finally asking if there was a reason orders through the alkamewater site would not go through. I never heard back and called and was lucky enough to speak with a real person this morning also stating that the alkamewater site is now completely down and reiterating my questions. She advised I would get a call back as she was unable to answer my questions.

Surprise, surprise, the alkamewater site is still down, link to the Bell site still showing product available and I have yet to receive a call back.

The way Eakle is obviously managing this company is really starting to scare me now and I am beginning to reconsider continuing to hold the millions of shares I currently own.

I apologize for the rant on this but to me this is a direct reflection of the way ALKM is being run!
