I think 2019 will be an eventful year for both the company and the stock. The CEO needs to produce or I am guessing he will get all sorts of help from shareholders. Perhaps he will remain CEO beyond 2020, perhaps not. Best case is he is still CEO in 2021 since that would suggest he DID produce and the stock DID go up.
