Respectfully, with this false accusation, on the contrary, Rise Therapeutics, LLC is a very real company. Just because they share a corporate address with another company is not at all a reason to believe as you are falsely accusing. I recommend doing a little more digging and you should easily see that both MLHC and Rise Therapeutics, LLC are very real:

You would learn that Armand C. Spaziano is the President of Rise Therapeutics and is also the President and Owner of Creative Resources Investment Advisors:

You will see that Rise Therapeutics, LLC, even though newly created, have been selling their products for well over 8 years through the same management through a Medical Marijuana Dispensary located in Warwick, Rhode Island (RI) known as Summit Medical Compassion Center, Inc. that has thousands of patients and have been in existence since 14 May 2010:

$MLHC is the distributor for Rise Therapeutics. There is no legal prohibition barring a distributor from making monies for distributing the products.

MLHC is being paid to distribute the product. Shipping to customers is a cost of doing business.

Whether or not they are for profit or non-profit, this is a reinvestment by Rise into there company.
